Sara.Howdle Happy Holidays 0 Dec 14 2008, 1:23 PM EST by Sara.Howdle

Hi Everyone,

Because of holiday madness, and to facilitate optimum attendance, HUSA's potluck will be postponed until after the New Year. I will also call a meeting in mid January to regroup HUSA. Going through one semester has revealed just how little time there is to organize certain events. Now having that experience we will be better prepared to rework our agenda into a realistic and effective framework. I hope that everyone enjoys their much needed/deserved break. Take care everyone! Cheers.

Sara

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to get the opinions of HUSA members about a debate within the Department. The question is whether there should be separate seminars for Graduate and Honours students. I'd like your opinions, in case myself or Les can voice them at a Department meeting.

Hello everyone, apologies for the lateness of this entry, but I've posted the section of our proposed constitution dealing with "reasons" Feel free to make any changes to it as you see fit. I don't have much experience in writing constitutions...

REASON: "For History honours students to come together as a student body to ensure maximum exposure to the study of history, while at the same time spreading the numerous postive aspects of historical study to other members of the University student body."
